Resistance Tubing – Tricep Extension

Secure the center of the tubing in the doorjamb at chest level.

Engage abdominal muscles before beginning the exercise.

Secure tubing at top of door. Face away from the door, holding one handle in each hand. Start with elbows bent, forearms by your chest. Pushdown with your forearms until arms are extended. Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
